TrueNorthAspire CIC was born from a powerful belief: no young person should ever feel invisible, unheard, or without hope.

TrueNorthAspire was created by me, Benjamin Hubbins, out of lived experiences and a passion for change. Growing up, I faced challenges that knocked my confidence, made me question my path, and left me searching for direction. I know what it feels like to carry weight on your shoulders and wonder if you’ll ever break free. Those struggles shaped not only who I am, but why I chose to create TrueNorthAspire: to be the support I once needed, and the voice that reminds young people they are more than their circumstances.

I created TrueNorthAspire to prove that no matter where you start, with the right guidance and belief, you can grow, achieve, and thrive.

TrueNorthAspire is here for all young people—those in schools, football academies, foster care, juvenile prisons, group homes, and every corner of our communities. We know that behind every behaviour, there is a story. And behind every story, there is the possibility for change.

This isn’t just a service.
It’s a family, a safe space, and a movement. A movement built on passion, resilience, and the unshakable belief that no young person is ever beyond hope.
