At TrueNorthAspire CIC, we don’t just mentor—we empower, guide, and transform. Our three-phase youth development model is designed to reach young people wherever they are in life—whether in classrooms, clubs, homes, or systems—and help them discover direction, purpose, and confidence.

Our mission is bold but simple:
To be there for all young people, in all walks of life—and to prove that with the right guidance, no dream is too far, no future is too broken, and no young person is ever left behind.

Phase 1

Mentoring & Early Intervention
(Our Current Focus)

  • Tailored one-to-one and group mentoring for young people in schools, football academies, juvenile prisons, foster homes, group homes, and alternative provisions.
  • Supporting young people with challenges like behaviour, confidence, resilience, and self-belief.
  • Delivering sessions that are fun, challenging, and life-changing—designed to inspire growth and empower young people to make better choices.
  • Building trust and stronger relationships between young people, families, and the wider community.

Phase 2

Apprenticeship &
Skills Pathways

  • Opening doors into industries, trades, and professional environments.
  • Providing apprenticeships, skills programmes, and career coaching that give young people hands-on experience and confidence for the future.
  • Connecting schools, employers, and communities to create real opportunities for success.

Phase 3

Youth &
Community Hubs

  • Creating safe, supportive spaces for young people to belong, express themselves, and grow, and families can connect, learn, and thrive together.
  • Running programmes that nurture creativity, leadership, and resilience beyond the classroom.
  • Building stronger, more connected communities by empowering not just the next generation, but everyone around them.
  • Hosting community events, trialling new business ideas, and supporting less fortunate families, including single-parent households.
